Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.
If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund, the product will be disposed of.
If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds - if applicable
To start a return, you can contact us at lulus.sweettooth.syd@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will have to pay for any return shipping/courier costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
